1) Yes, as long as you get that live account with AMP setup, you will be fine to do trade through Rithmic via OneUp while using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. 2) Top of Book means just the Level 1 (Best Bid and Best Ask) market depth data. The Market Depth shows you the size of the limit orders at each price waiting for the price to move in that direction. None of the items you specify that you use rely on the Market Depth data. But again, some people just like to see the numbers in the DOM, so it is something you need to decide on. With the EUREX data, you do have the full Market Depth data, as it is not an option with that data feed.
