I have been on SC for ahwile, for some reason, it will not allow me to renew my data feeds, despite having enough funds in account. Error message is as follows: - The selected Exchange can only be activated if you have a non-trial Sierra Chart account. For instructions to have a paid account, refer to Renewing Access I recently selected evaluate package 12, not knowing what that meant, not sure if this is the cause but I just want to get back to normal. |
