Hello, I am using Rithmic data for CME and Eurex. The CME data is working but the Eurex data is not working. I have the latest Sierra Chart software and have also updated the symbol settings. I can see the Eurex-charts but I am not getting live data for Eurex. What is the reason for this? Please let me know if you need more specific information. Thanks in advance! |
