What you are seeing is correct. Those are the "Initial Positions" for the drawing. In other words, prior to the information being drawn to the screen, that is where it will end up. But, once it is on the screen, you then have to move those drawings as you would other "drawings", by right-clicking on the item and then selecting Move Drawing.
