Thank you for your prompt response. I have been going through different tests and trials. Here are my findings. First of all, I didn't change anything from yesterday, when everything was working fine. The issues started this morning. As far as I can tell the issues is present ONLY with the symbol YM-202109-ECBOT and NQ-202109-GLOBEX. I didn't change the symbol settings from yesterday. If I try to load a different expiration date, like NQ-202112-GLOBEX the chart does load correctly, otherwise it gives me an error like if the symbol does not exists. If I put as Data SC DATA the symbol loads correctly, but it does have a different nomenclature. So it seems the nomenclature of the symbol is the problem even thou it looks correct.
