What you are seeing is one of our new windows. There are a number of places where these changes have already occurred, mostly in the Settings areas, but also for that Quantity change. There is no "fix" for this. But, if you let us know how you want to interact with the window to make your change faster, then we can see if there are changes we can make to the window to accomodate.
