We allow the Rithmic data into Sierra Chart, but we do not give any technical support for issues related to the data feed. We highly recommend using the Sierra Chart data feeds when possible, as these data feeds have been created and are maintained by us. As such, we know that our data feeds are not going to have issues like those found in other data.
