We did not see a reconnection problem in the last log you posted.

In the first log, we see the familiar pattern we have been seeing:

OEC FIX Trading: Sending the Logon message. | 2014-03-10 14:53:06
Connection timed out. Will disconnect and retry. | 2014-03-10 14:54:05

OEC knows about the problem and we expect this will be resolved soon.
