The chart windows and sizes and locations are saved with the Chartbook. We do not know why you would have an issue when using Team Viewer. We use Team Viewer with our customers all the time and we have never had the issue that you are stating. Make sure your Team Viewer has support for multiple monitors, perhaps you need to update to a newer version. There really is not a way to solve this issue within Sierra Chart. As noted above, you could "not save" the Chartbook after the windows have been reorganized and then open the chartbook again, which should put everything back where it was. Or you could use a backup of a chartbook, but you may be trading off other information that you needed before the last backup or save. We really recommend fixing the Team Viewer issue as the resolution to this.
