Talked with Customer. The issue was that he was using Detached windows which did not have the Menu Bar displayed. Therefore, when selecting Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart from the main Sierra Chart window, it was not actually selecting the detached window settings, but rather the settings for an attached window within the main Sierra Chart window. I showed the customer how to add the "Show Menu" option to the right-mouse which will allow him to display the Menu and then be able to change the Chart specific settings.
