Go through these instructions and ensure that everything is setup properly to receive the historical depth data: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data Note in the above instructions is information for how to force the download if it does not occur automatically. Once you have everything setup, then if you are not getting the historical data automatically, then use that option to force the download. If that does not work, then let us know and get us your Message Log after you have performed the request. Just note, it can take several minutes to download the historical depth data and while it is downloading, you can continue to work on the system. Your chart will then automatically reload once all the data is downloaded. So make sure you give it enough time to be sure you get the data.
