Depth data is not downloading on my chartbooks and continues to be a problem. GC chart depth data is not opening today. At times if I have one chartbook open with depth data working, then I open the chartbook that previously did not download any depth, it will then download the depth and work. I have no idea why this is happening. It's been ongoing. Please advise asap as it a major problem.
