I received the data fine yesterday, however, today orange and red alert boxes popped up as I was opening my chartbook. The orange box states: Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Real-time data for instrument F.US.ENQ (corresponding to ID = 1) are not allowed. The red alert box states: Download Failed. Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.ENQU21. Instrument F.US.ENQ (corresponding to ID 1) is not allowed. What do these two things mean? I paid for the denali data multiple times since it wasn't working.. what's going on? |
