Here is the relevant message from your Message Log:
CQG WebAPI | Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Username or password is incorrect.

This is from CQG stating that either your Username or Password is incorrect. As you noted, the CQG Username/Password are different from your Sierra Chart Username/Password.

If you think you know your CQG Username and Password, then first try to re-enter them on the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings window. After you select OK to exit that page, select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed to ensure that you are reconnecting to CQG with the newly entered credentials.

If you continue to have a Username/Password issue with CQG, then you will need to talk to your broker to ensure you have the right Username and to possibly change your password.
