The reason it is asking you to make a payment is because you are not Sim trading. Your account is setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service and you are setup to get Real-Time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. As part of the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, there is a charge of $0.10 per side that is charged through your Sierra Chart account. Since your current balance is $0.00, you are not allowed to place an order until you add some funds to your account in order to cover the cost of the order routing service. Now, that being said, you should not be getting this message if you are in Simulation Mode. Therefore, we have to assume that you are not.
