I just logged in and received the following: "Symbol Is Unknown. Real Time Data for instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to ID = 3) are not allowed." I have done many of the suggestions in these threads: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues -Update symbols from server and disconnect/reconnect -Unclicked "Use Custom Symbols Values" and disconnect/reconnect -Translated Symbols to Current Service... Nothing. Please help. |
