Hi, i'm still having trouble with this one for whatever reason. I have followed the instructions for updating a few times. I also tried updating to latest stable 2292. It works fine if I just connect to the SC service, but not if I use IB. I get the following error: Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for MCL-202109-NYMEX-USD. Historical Market Data Service error message: HMDS query returned no data: MCLU1@NYMEX Trades. Thanks |
