Hello, I would like to request telephone support please. I have already tried using the support board as a first, second and third attempt to resolve an issue I'm having with the study/price overlay study. I think the problem is that communicating such an issue may require a conversation or remote assistance in order to properly repot and demonstrate said issue. I am willing to pay the fee of 0.75 USD/minute as advertised on your webpage for phone support in order to resolve this. Kindly let me know if this is possible. Thank you!
