I need to run a 2nd installation of SC for funding evaluation.

I installed SC version 2290 to a different folder, copied over all the folders and files from my transact installation. Also followed the instructions on this page for"Always Use 'Data' Folder within Main Folder " and "Clear Recent File List"
I also reviewed
I updated the login/server setting for the evaluation and connected with success.
I shut down SC for the evaluation and open the separate SC installation for my transact account.
However,the login and server information displayed is for the Eval installation and not the transact install as it should be and the SC installed version for the transact is no longer 2088 as it was before.

What else do I need to change or remove to keep the different server and login settings and installed versions separate from each other?
