That's not the answer I am looking for and it does not resolves my issues.

First of all, you guys are very familiar problems/issues and have recommended that CQG is not reliable but why do you continue to partner with them and continue to sell that as an option through AMP?
When you are completely aware of the problems with CQG, you need to either completely discontinue your services from AMP or provide alternatives. And the answer is not to say "you can use different broker." Because AMP has been great !

So if you're going to continue to partner with CQG as a order routing services than you guys need to take up responsibility of resolving these issues and making this connection more stable otherwise completely dissolve this and provide alternative solutions
