It's been working normally but all of sudden it's having problems??
That is the nature of the Internet and network connectivity.

These below messages make it very clear, the connectivity issue, is either on the CQG side, or on your own network. It is completely unrelated to Sierra Chart or Sierra Chart servers. The problem may not be with CQG, but can be with your local network or ISP.

We do recommend using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service but that is not supported by AMP but you can use a different broker.

There is one way two see if the problem is specifically with CQG and that would be to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data-All Services. And then translate the symbols with Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

You will not be able to trade from Sierra Chart with that connection but you can only see if the connectivity is stable for a day.
