I just upgraded my Sierra Charts account to one level above 3 package level. I trade Dow (2 charts, different symbols) and oil with 3 charts (2 symbols on 3 charts). Today I had had to roll over the oil contract requiring 3 more additional charts (2 symbols). This exceeded some limit of some sort saying that I had a limit to 5 symbols. What is the problem? I only have to roll oil over once a month. Most all the time its 4 symbols but during rollover I gotta go to 6 symbols for a day or 2. |
