Your exchange options did not renew on July 1, 2021. Most likely due to a lack of funds in the account at that time. To reactive the exchange, ensure you have enough funds in your account, then go to the Recurring Services page and scroll to the bottom where you will see your exchange listed with a button that states "Reactivate Exchange". Select that button to reactivate it and get your real-time data flowing again.
