If you are looking for data from the CME Group, then it really does not matter whether your account is under the company name or your name. If you are looking for data for the U.S. Equities, then it could have an impact, depending on the name of the company. If the company name looks like it could be a trading firm, in any way, then it tends to get flagged and you would need to pay the Professional fees for the U.S. Equities.
