We now finally have discovered the reason why some users are not able to get the market statistics after updating. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings Frequently we do tell users to update the symbol settings, but we did not know why they would have to be updated being they should automatically be updated.
