We just need to ensure that we are talking about the exact same setting, as we cannot think of a way that a chart can change that setting. The one we are referring to is on the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit. Please verify that you are changing this setting or if it is a different one, which one you are changing.
