I am on the same configuration, and do have the same problem. In my experience it pops up out of the blue (no update of SC and computer and SC already running for days at a time) and usually disappears after a restart of SC. It doesn't seem to effect trading activity or data reception.

I am not at all an IT specialist so maybe the following is an ignorant question.

Since it is a firewall issue could this possibly reside with the ISP? They do monitor customer connections for malicious/'malicious' software.
