That is very frustrating, as this is not really about Sierra Chart, but about Rithmic.

Here is what we will do, we will try to connect to the new Rithmic connection and see how it goes.

The first thing you need to do is to update your Sierra Chart to the latest Pre-Release, as there are some changes for Rithmic that you would need in that version. To do this, follow these instructions (at step #2 be sure you select Help >> Download Pre-Release):

Then follow these instructions to get your Sierra Chart connected to the new Rithmic interface:

Let us know when you have this complete and whether you are getting your real-time data or not.
