But I can say the MBO filter for ES is set to 20 under the symbol settings TAB and yet I'm seeing 4 and above
Are you using a Trade and Current Quote Symbol without the option enabled for Use as Trade Symbol Only? If so, then keep in mind that the depth data is from the defined Trade and Current Quote Symbol and you would need to change the symbol settings for that symbol.
