Hi. I have a balance with amp that's showing up in my sierra chart. Also, I paid the $26 fee. I connected to the "Data/Trade Service Settings Window", selected CQG WebAPI, and when I put in my AMP username and password from amp it gives me an error message saying "user name and password are incorrect" and i cannot connect to the service. Am I suppose to use my AMP user name and password on the "Data/Trade Service Settings Window" setting area or where is this user name / password suppose to come from? Thanks in advance. Also, I paid the $26 this earlier this morning yet it says I have a zero balance. I do have an emailed receipt of proof of purchase. |
