my sub instance wont connect to the data feed and is getting the Recon Wait status in the title bar. when checking the message log it says DTC Client socket (1) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. | 2021-06-21 13:26:24.478 no idea why this is happening... |
