Here is the problem from the log: Failed to create folder: C:\Users\User\Downloads\SierraChart2248\DownloadedInstallationFiles\ACS_Source\. Windows error code 5: Access is denied.
The user that you are running as when doing the installation does not have permission to write or create a folder in the above folder.
