Hi, I downloaded the Sierra Chart and signed in with username and password and I tried to sign in rithmic trading in Sierra Chart in file-data/trade service settings[user name and password], but I still got yellow signal [waiting to reconnect...] with pop up message connection error message from service: Rithmic Trading Error running DTC server program C:\SierraChart\Rim\DTC bridge.exe.| Date-Time:2021-06-16 15:55:21 How do I solve above problems? Please instruct me. Thank you! |
