I know they are expired contracts. I pull 120 days of data. I use front month with volume based rollover. CL won't load, but HO and RB will, both NYMEX so the access argument doesn't make sense. While I was patient at first, this method of resolution is absurd. I have to email support and will now have to wait an indeterminate amount of time (this latest reply took over an hour for a response that does me no good) and am at your mercy for a resolution. I also now pay you directly every month due to a change in policy and have not been able to trade my main contract all day. Is there a more efficient way to get customer support?
