A higher speed is more likely to encounter a problem with pauses with replay when you encounter periods of no trading. We have done some testing, and weekends will be instantly skipped over as long as you are using Standard Replay and you have enabled Skip Empty Periods. To answer the question, in the newest Sierra Chart versions you could be waiting for about up to a minute when encountering a weekend if the conditions for skipping over the data are not met.
