We have gone ahead and changed your package to Package 11 for 6 months. We do not issue or take credit when a change is made to a package. We just adjust the end date for your service based on whether you are changing from a higher to a lower priced package or vice versa. Therefore, in your case, your Service End Date changed from 2021-09-27 to 2021-10-19.

Given the particular message you received regarding the MBO data already being subscribed to, we recommend opening your Chartbooks and selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. It sounds like you may have a mix of symbols in use and that could create an issue elsewhere for you.
