Since disabling Use Custom Symbol Settings Values, the issue of MBO data not displaying still persists. It corresponded to a log that said the following: "SC Data - All Services (Market Orders Data) \| Market Orders data has been rejected for symbol: F.US.EPU21. Market orders request for symbol ESU21 for service code cme failed due to the given SymbolID not matching the existing ID for the request." You can see attached to see that the ask side MBO is not displaying for multiple levels, and I have no confidence the bid side is correct either. I do not want to continue spending time on this as the MBO data is cool, but not completely necessary for me. I will be more interested if later, Sierra Chart provides more raw MBO data, which could then be used to approximate tools like Bookmap has with its Rithmic feed. Please adjust my account to use Package 11, and credit the difference for the time remaining into my SC account (not my credit card/bank account...I will use the credit, however small, with SC in the future) since I payed for package 12 for 6 months. Please let me know when that is complete. Thank you
