Is this when first opening a chartbook from a previous version (i.e. did you receive this Chartbook from someone else)? Or is it every time opening the Chartbook that has more than 16 charts in it? We just tried to see if we could reproduce this with a new chartbook with more than 16 charts in it, but we are not having any issues with the chart tabs not showing.
