When trying to activate the "CBOE Indicies" service I receive a message "To enable the exchange at least one Real-time Data Connection must be currently active and enabled for Auto-Renewal". I'm using Denali Data Feed level 11 and have signed up for the quarterly rate. Also paying for CBOE and CME and NYMEX and COMEX real time data. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.
