We need to understand this better. Was the stop order entered from Sierra Chart? If not, and it was entered from OEC Trader while Sierra Chart was not running, then Sierra Chart will not have access to it. With the new FIX connection that Sierra Chart uses, OEC does not make available orders which were not entered from Sierra Chart while Sierra Chart was not running.
