I paid for SC package5 4 days ago and CQG/EUREX was working. Today you are forcefully facilitating change to your proprietary datafeed. AMP confirms that there are multiple reports on this issue.
You must understand, that CQG is not a datafeed only, there are complimentary features like IOS, Android, web platforms, options on futures, access to Asian exchanges. For many users it is not convenient to move away from it. This way you'll keep loosing more customers of yours.
I already paid for EUREX via CQG and I'm not willing to extend my costs.
Could you please refund my payment for SC package5.
