You would either need to have a credit/debit card with Wise, or you would need to perform a wire transfer. We do not have a way to do ACH payments. If you have a credit/debit card, then you should be able to make a payment through either of our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). If you are having an issue with this, in particular, then please start an Account Support Ticket and let us know what is happening when you try to pay that way. If you want to make a Wire Transfer, we require the amount to be at least 300 USD or EUR. Again, start an Account Support Ticket asking for the wire transfer information.
