We can see that issue is temporarily resolved based on this log.

Not sure why on the CQG connection I see this error:
SC Data - All Services (Market Orders Data) | Trading is not supported. | 2021-05-30 21:15:40.73
Trading is not supported on that data connection. It does not need to be.

There is also this odd error:
CQG WebSocket socket (1) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2021-05-30 21:15:21.916
CQG WebSocket socket (1) | Close event error. Windows error code 10054: Connection reset by peer. | 2021-05-30 21:15:21.916
That is your connection to CQG. We cannot help with that. Looks like CQG reset it from their side.
