Hello, yesterday I bought package 10 and I have funds in my AMP account so i dont undestand why are my graphs with delayed data. If i activate (Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges) the data from here I have to pay again. I thought the denali data include [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX/ EUREX] markets. Or should I select the correcto current service in sierra chart? In that moment I selected SC Data - all service or should I select SC/TT Futures order routing? if i select the second one my conection lost. please let me know the instruccions to start trading.
