I subscribed to BATS and have since only received one days data, Today I reset connection and received data which promptly stopped updating, Then reset connection several times but to no avail. I did report this yesterday to bar charts but they responded with a file of tick data that was sent to me and suggested I speak with my ISV i.e. SC. https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=51322 |
