Hello Support, Today I received this email from you : "Hello MASSIMO LAMBRI, Your Services Balance of 29.64 USD is not enough to cover the cost of 45.9 USD for the Services enabled on your Sierra Chart account which are scheduled to be renewed at the beginning of the upcoming month. Services include your Sierra Chart Service Package, the Denali Exchange Data Feed, Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, and/or the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service Fill fees." Since I renewed my subscription with Service Pack #11 until November 2021, which includes subscription to Denali, why are you writing to me that I need to pay to cover the renewal costs for Denali? Do I have to cancel some automatic renewals? And what about the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed subscription? Do I have to pay it or is it included in the new pack 11? |
