We have no idea what 3rd party program you are referring to. When we look at your account, we do not see any programs automatically set to download. But the ability to get the files/programs is still Enabled, so we have not done anything in regards to this. Since it sounds like this is a 3rd party program, you would need to ask the developer if they have stopped you from being able to use it. Please let us know what exactly you want us to do at this point given the information above.
