When we open your chart, this is what we see: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1621452255932.png It has all the TPOs displayed as both "Standard" and "Letters/Blocks in own Columns". But, when we reset it and follow through what you are stating, we see the same thing you are seeing. We will see what we can do about this, as we do see some inconsistencies. Still, the main thing you need to use is the Reset All Profiles to Standard Profile. This will allow you to get back to a "standard" view and then adjust again from there as necessary.
