HI. I recently opened an account. I selected and was charged $46 for the Sierra Chart with Advanced Features plus Denali Exchange Data Feed (Service Package 11) (see IMG 1 of 2). I have been notified that I now need to activate a the data feed. However, It is now showing a monthly cost of $31.20 (see IMG 2 of 2). My questions are: 1) Is the $31.20 an additional monthly charge to the initial $46 (or is it a discounted price)? 2) What will be my total monthly charge from Sierra Charts (I thought is was the $46)? |
