You are not logging into the Sierra Chart software with the correct Account Name. You have multiple accounts with us, and you are logged into this board with the account w****. This account is expired, which is why you are getting the message about "current service package does not support this function". You need to be logged into the Sierra Chart software with the Account Name TransAct_User_w****. Make sure you continue to use just that account name going forward.
